Carolinas Payroll Conference Last Minute Updates

We are very pleased that you are able to attend our 30th Annual Carolinas Payroll Conference!  With over 200 attendees and 18 vendors we are sure to have another successful conference.

As we get closer to the meeting, we’d like to mention a few courtesies that we feel will help make the conference a pleasant experience.

 

  •          To maintain and demonstrate professionalism within our industry, conference attire is business casual.
  •           Since it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater or jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.
  •          Please be considerate of other conference participants and keep in mind that they are there to learn.  Turn your pagers and cell phones to vibrate or off and refrain from personal conversations while in meetings.
  •          Please be sensitive to conference participants who have allergies.  Do not wear strongly scented products while in meetings.
  •          Please wear your conference name badge for entrance into all Carolinas Payroll Conference (CPC) activities, including meeting rooms, exhibit areas, and meal and break venues.
  •          In order to keep our registration fees low, the amenities such as continental breakfasts, coffee and snack breaks and lunches are for registered conference participants only. 
  •          The evening reception on Wednesday with the vendors is limited to conference attendees only.  Again, we need to keep costs down and vendors have only enough supplies for conference attendees only.

 

New this Year!  ADP has been gracious enough to sponsor a hospitality room Thursday evening! We hope you will be able to stop by for some networking before you head out for dinner and shopping. 

Last, but certainly not least, the Presentations have been loaded on the website.  They are now locked down for Attendees Only, so you will need to enter your User ID (email you registered with) and your password to access presentations. 

Note: On social media along with email, I responded to several folks the presentations were added last night, but I have uploaded new presentations this morning with 6 slides per page to cut down on your printing.
