CONFERENCE ATTIRE AND COURTESIES

To maintain and demonstrate professionalism within our industry, conference attire is business casual.  Since it is difficult to adjust meeting room temperatures to suit individual preferences, please bring a sweater or jacket or wear layered clothing to ensure your comfort.

Please be considerate of other conference participants and keep in mind that they are there to learn.  Turn your pagers and cell phones to vibrate or off and refrain from personal conversations while in meetings.

Please be sensitive to conference participants who have allergies.  Do not wear strongly scented products while in meetings.

Please wear your conference name badge for entrance into all Carolinas Payroll Conference (CPC) activities, including meeting rooms, exhibit areas, and meal and break venues.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES PROVIDED BY CAROLINAS PAYROLL CONFERENCE

The amenities such as continental breakfasts, coffee and snack breaks and lunches are for registered conference participants only.  Please help ensure there will be enough food, snacks, and beverages for the conference attendees by not sharing with guests.
