Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person without penalty.  Mail a copy of your confirmation email/letter with a cover letter stating your request along with a completed registration form from the person replacing you as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received by October 1, 2017 will be refunded at 90% of the registration fee paid.

Cancellation requests received October 2, 2017 to October 10, 2017 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee paid.

After October 10th, no refunds will be given UNLESS you are unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness or other extraordinary circumstances, and you submit a written request along with medically certifiable documentation postmarked no later than Thursday, first day of conference.
